Working Principle
The compressor with tank provides a stable high-pressure air source, and the water and oil are further removed by the water-oil separator. After four-stage precision filtration, the moisture in the compressed air is fully removed and the particles > 0.01um are filtered. At this time, high-pressure, high-purity compressed air enters the membrane separation module. Because the membrane has different permeability and permeation rate to various gases with different molecular weights, after passing through the membrane separation module, nitrogen is separated from most of the oxygen, rich in oxygen. Oxygen exits the side holes of the membrane separation module, while nitrogen exits the other end of the membrane. After adjusting the pressure by the nitrogen pressure regulating valve and adjusting the purity by the nitrogen flowmeter, the high-purity nitrogen is discharged from the air outlet at the lower rear of the chassis.
